Meng & Yume Innovate (“MYI” or the “Company”) completes merger with a logistics group (“JSGO”) based in Hsin Chu, Taiwan.
The merge expands MYI’s geographic coverage of Singapore and Japan to include Taiwan, while further expanding the Company’s business scope to include Logistics-Tech. MYI aims to leverage its knowledge and experience with technology including big data and AI to solve pain points felt by Taiwan’s logistics companies, marking an important step in redefining Taiwan’s traditional logistics market.
